This is just burger star just under a different name. The mega master is just the best I will not go to any where else to buy a burger Ever again after trying one, it's all the same as burger star just a name change. Been back three times now and perfect as they always were. And massive, chips the same, everything the same

The best burger in Gloucestershire. Staff are great and the food is awesome. A real burger, great flavour and it doesn’t fall part when you eat it. Went to the other burger place in Cheltenham. This is way better. Definately recommended.

Friendly staff. Food nice. The burgers and chips are one of the best.Shop very clean and tidy. Good service all round. Great Milkshakes plenty of flavour just how they should be. It would be great if they were able to do shakes like oreo,Twix, Mars shakes I am sure they would probably sell quite a few. In total this place is also great on prices. Well done to all staff who work there.

BurgerMaster is always a guilty pleasure for us! Burgers are awesome and massive, the nuggets are my favourite of anywhere! Always a decent portion of chips and the garlic mayo is the best of anywhere! Staff are always really friendly and super quick on service!

Thought this was still Burger Star but it’s obviously changed hands now. Popped in after work and the member of staff was on his own but greeted me in a very believable way. Only waited a few minutes to order and throughout the whole Burger Master experience I was treated to great customer service, positive outlook and no fake cheese apart from that on my burger (which I actually like the plastic cheese slices) when my food came it was hot, delicious and the fact I could pick a sauce which was a Burger Star tradition, it was amazing. 100 times nicer than the big two up the road so I will 100% definitely go again.Visited Burger Master on 30/10/2020 and had a good chat with Stuart, whilst my food was being prepared. Visited Burger Master on 30/10/2020 and had a good chat with Stuart, whilst my food was being prepared. Stuart was very attentive and made sure that everything I ordered was correct.
After discussing with Stuart how my girlfriend wasn’t made up when she first tried the garlic mayonnaise. He reassured that the recipe is at its best and when we got home, I asked my girlfriend how it was and her response was “unreal!” Which is always a good sign!
The food was prepared by Biff, and tasted excellent as always! Adding the Mac & Cheese bites was also a great suggestion, would recommend for anyone to try!
On this visit, everything was absolutely perfect. The order, the attentive and friendly staff and the amazing tasting food. Can’t wait to return.
Thanks guysAt 7.30pm tonight we ordered giant master burger meals. it was worth every penny spent. They were busy but the two guys on shift were great and efficient. All of it was the best we've had for a long time. Thanks will come again.
Really nice burgers. Closes quite early otherwise 5 stars for service. Would like to put my own relish on though.

I haven't been to this place for probably over 20 years but was back in Gloucester and thought i'd pop in. It has changed name to Burger Master (from Burger Star) but the burgers are still absolutely still the best i have ever tasted, and i've tasted a few over the years lol. No dripping grease dropping out and a lovely meaty taste, add the bacon on top to take this to another level. The customer service was great which can be a pleasant change from alot of places. I will be visiting again whenever i get the chance.Great serving and delicious food
